Sophia Strachan is the Manager of Facility Experience, where she assists with daily operations, builds strong relationships with tenants and ensures properties run smoothly, making sure every detail is handled with care. Sophia is currently a senior at the University of North Texas, majoring in General Business. Before joining NorthBridge, she worked as a Senior Sales Representative at Club Pilates Northlake and managed the studio’s social media and marketing efforts. She enjoys bringing her creativity and business skills together to make a positive impact both internally and externally.

Kevin joined NorthBridge Realty Holdings in 2020 to expand the company’s development and acquisition capabilities. Prior to this role, Kevin lead the multifamily asset management platform for Westmount Realty Capital with a strategic emphasis on the evaluation of future asset opportunities, both commercial and multifamily. Kevin has 17 years of experience in commercial real estate with a primary focus on asset analysis and evaluation. Prior to joining Westmount, he served as vice president of realty services at C-III Capital Partners, where he facilitated the disposition of 54 assets totaling 7 million square feet of commercial real estate with a combined market value of more than $450 million. While at C-III Capital Partners, Kevin also served as vice president of investment management where he was responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 52 properties in excess of $1 billion in total asset value. Prior to joining C-III Capital Partners, Kevin was a senior associate in acquisitions and capital markets at Cambridge Healthcare Properties Inc. where he managed a portfolio of 14 properties. He also worked as an underwriter in the due diligence division of Bear Stearns Companies Inc. where he analyzed multimillion-dollar loan portfolios. Kevin holds a real estate brokers license from the Texas Real Estate Commission. He has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from The University of Texas and two master’s degrees in Land & Real Estate Development and Finance from Texas A&M University.

Lexi joined the NorthBridge Management team in 2024 and quickly became an integral part of our operations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in General Business with a concentration in Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University, where she also demonstrated her leadership skills as Team Captain of the SFA softball team for two years. As an Administrative Assistant, Lexi efficiently manages commercial insurance compliance and supports various commercial property management responsibilities. Her strong background in business administration and leadership experience makes her a valuable asset to our team.

Becca Landry brings over a decade of Property Management experience where she started as a Leasing Specialist and easily moved up to a Corporate position. She holds a Real Estate License with the State of Texas and recently made the jump to Commercial Property Management.  A native from New Orleans, Becca held a License to Teach with Dance Masters of America and Louisiana Association of Dance Masters and was an avid dancer in most disciplines for over 26 years. With an exceptional work ethic and a background of service, Becca brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and passion to every day.

Courtney joined the NorthBridge team in November 2021 as a ‘utility player’ with specialties in project management, exterior signage, and software implementation. She is Denton born and raised and resides in town with her family of four. Courtney brings over 10 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry where she served as Director of Project Management. She was responsible for implementing processes within her team while simultaneously developing vital vendor and customer relationships. Courtney received her bachelor’s degree from Dallas Baptist University and has a hands-on, servant leader mindset. Currently, Courtney is coordinating a few different projects for various NorthBridge companies. She has an enthusiasm for collaboration and creative problem-solving and is excited to work alongside this dynamic group of professionals.

Sarah Ward brings over two decades of construction accounting experience to her role at NorthBridge Management. With her background spanning various sectors, she has developed her skills in producing financial statements for diverse projects. Sarah’s twenty two years of experience include working on multi-family housing, commuter rail construction, hospitality construction and bridge construction projects. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Accounting from Southern California College. Sarah currently resides in Denton where she shares her home with her husband and their three beloved dogs. As a Senior Portfolio Accountant, Sarah is committed to playing a pivotal role in ensuring financial stability and growth for the organization.

Angeleac Davis joined NorthBridge Management in 2020 as a Property Accountant. She brings over 20 years of accounting experience in the multi-family property management industry. She previously worked at BNC Equites in Dallas for 24 years, the first five years as a Property Accountant and the last 18 as the Controller for multiple properties in Dallas and Houston. She was responsible for the day-to-day cash management functions, preparing and reviewing the monthly financials for accuracy and timely submission. While with BNC Equities, she received the Associate of the year and President award for her outstanding accomplishments. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Delta State University in Cleveland, MS.

Christi Agundes, Senior Portfolio Manager, joined NorthBridge Management in 2024 and brings a wealth of property management experience with her.  Originally from California, she worked with firms such as Donahue Schriber, CBRE, and most recently, Toeniskoetter Development where she managed large portfolios of properties including office, retail, industrial and storage assets. Christi relocated to North Texas in 2023, and currently manages approximately one million square feet of assets for NorthBridge Management.
